Abstract:

To summarize the nursing experience of successful treatment and rehabilitation of a patient with acute kidney injury complicated with pulmonary infection caused by COVID-19. The key points of nursing include: Correcting the reversible cause; Multidisciplinary medical team cooperation; Actively fight lung infection; Ventilator support; CRRT; Provide whole-procedure treatment and rehabilitation of a patient with acute kidney injury complicated with pulmonary infection caused by COVID-19. Combined with the patient's condition, the patient was treated with a variety of medical devices.
