Abstract:
Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF) and Recurrent Pregnancy Loss (RPL) remain significant challenges in assisted reproductive technology. Although the role of Lymphocyte Immunotherapy (LIT) remains controversial, it has been explored in selected patients with suspected immunemediated reproductive failure. We report a case of a woman with recurrent IVF failure and pregnancy loss who conceived spontaneously following LIT after exhausting multiple fertility treatments.
