Abstract:
We present the case of a 62-year-old man who developed Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage (DAH) post-primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), following an Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA). He had severe hemoptysis resulting in poor ventilation while intubated and was treated successfully with heparin-free Veno-Venous Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (V-V ECMO).
