Abstract:
We presented a woman who became pregnant after laparoscopic lateral suspension management for pelvic organ prolapse. A 35-year-old gravid 3 parity 3 woman was admitted to our clinic for bulge symptoms, pelvic pain and discomfort. Her vaginal examination, showed stage 4 uterine and stage 3 anterior and posterior prolapse according to POP-Q classification and she had occult stress urinary incontinence. Laparoscopic lateral suspension preserving uterus, posterior colpoperineorrhaphy and trans-obturator tape operations were performed. She conceived spontaneously 8 months postsurgery. She had uncomplicated pregnancy and delivered a healthy baby by cesarean section. After almost 2 years cesarean section, she had no prolapse.
