Abstract:
Uro-lymphatic fistula is a rare pathological communication between the renal collecting system and lymphatic vessels. Uro-lymphatic fistulas are exceedingly rare and poorly understood, and often have some precursors to it. Although it is an uncommon entity, we are here to present an interesting case about the same. Patients can present with various clinical symptoms, the most obvious and peculiar being white urine. We present the case of a 30-year-old male patient who developed a uro-lymphatic fistula. Through this report, we aim to highlight the associated diagnostic difficulties, management strategies, and outcomes, as well as how surgical intervention is the mainstay in such cases.
