Abstract:
Adenoid cystic carcinoma of the nasal septum is rarely reported. Therefore, we are reporting a case in 56 years old female. Endoscopic endonasal surgical excision was done. Histology confirmed the diagnosis of adenoid cystic carcinoma. The patient has been disease-free for the last 3 years.
